CPR/AED Classes |

The YMCA of Arlington offers American Safety and Health Institute
First Aid and CPR with AED classes several times each year. Cost is $65
and class size is limited.

Women's Safety and Self-Defense |

Learn and practice hands-on self-defense techniques in a safe environment.
Feel confident about learning how to recognize a dangerous situation, avoid
a potential attack and defend yourself and escape. The class is taught by a
former police officer and third degree black belt.

Kid's Safety and Awareness |

This class teaches your child how to be safe around
strangers. Open to ages three and up. Classes are available at

Safe Sitter Classes |
 |
This program teaches boys and girls ages 11 to 13, how to handle emergencies when caring for children, safe and nurturing child care techniques, and behavior management skills.
Cost: $65 for Full Members, $85 for Program Members (includes manual)
9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (parent’s meeting from 3:30 to 4 p.m.)
Bring a notebook, pencil and sack lunch
Classes are available at Cooper Street Branch and Mansfield

HOME SCHOOL PHYSICAL EDUCATION PROGRAM |

The Cooper Street Branch offers a Home School Physical
Education Program. This program is designed exclusively for Home
School students. Students are introduced to sports, games and
activities that challenge individuals physically and mentally
and foster team building skills.
